Students are expected to attend classes regularly. Career Jyoti Education is not responsible for incomplete learning due to irregular attendance.

3. Student Conduct

Students must maintain discipline and respect institute rules. Any misconduct may result in suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.

4. Course Content

The institute reserves the right to update, modify, or revise course content, schedules, faculty, and training methods whenever necessary to maintain educational quality.

5. Certificates

Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course, required assessments, and clearance of all outstanding dues, if any.

6. Intellectual Property

All study materials, videos, notes, software, and training content provided by Career Jyoti Education are the intellectual property of the institute and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide quality education and guidance, Career Jyoti Education does not guarantee employment, salary, business success, or examination results.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
