Refund Policy

Career Jyoti Education follows a strict fee policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Fees Once Paid

All fees paid towards admission, registration, tuition, examination, study material, or any other charges are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Fees

Fees once paid are also NON-TRANSFERABLE. They cannot be adjusted, transferred, or assigned to another student, course, batch, branch, or future admission under any condition.

3. Student Withdrawal

If a student withdraws, discontinues the course, remains absent, changes personal plans, relocates, or fails to attend classes, no refund or transfer of fees shall be granted.

4. Course Cancellation

If a batch is rescheduled or modified due to administrative or academic reasons, the institute may provide an alternative batch or suitable arrangement at its sole discretion. This shall not entitle the student to a refund.

5. Payment Responsibility

Students are advised to carefully review the course details, duration, fees, eligibility, and terms before making any payment.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By making any payment to Career Jyoti Education, the student and/or parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
